“I called several times to get picked up from the airport with no answer. I had to pay for an uber. Really disappointed and frustrated when I am counting on the airport shuttle to give me a ride and the fail to show up or answer the phone.”

“My room was cancelled by staff earlier that day so when I got there to check in they had no rooms left. I waited in the lobby until after 1:00am when luckily another guest checked out early. ”

“Beautifully kept rooms great staff great amenities only complaint is the hotel was very booked and very busy which isn’t really a complaint. That means they’re doing well.”

“The manager Rick was amazing. We had something come up and needed to switch dates and he was so helpful and understanding. Will definitely stay here again”

“We liked the oversized room and bathroom. The floors were tiled so the floor above really echoed. Not sure if all rooms are tiled or if it was because we had a handicap room. Overall a great stay.”

“It took 3 hours to get me In My room upon returning to hotel . Even though they fixed door liock I was so frustrated at front desk person because I told her at beginning to contact the manager . She waited over a hour before contacting him. And then it was 2 more hours till he fixed it. Total of 3 hours. I do have to say through Expedia I did compensated for my trouble. Thanks”

“Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The odor was so strong that I had to ask the staff to come with air freshener. I do appreciate that they tried to help, but overall the condition of the rooms was not good.”
